Quick and easy recipe of oats upma. A healthy breakfast and kids lunch box option. A non fried breakfast filled with many chopped vegetables with some spices. Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp urad dal
- 1 tbsp chana dal
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- water
- 1/4 teaspoon mustad seeds
- 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Green peas
- 2 tbsp Sweet corn
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
- Fresh Coriander

Instructions
- Heat oil in non stick pan.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Add ginger garlic paste, boiled peas and all the spices.
- Add onion, capsicum and carrot.
- Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Add oats and mix it well.
- Add water as per requirement.
- Cover with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot.
