Instructions
  1. Heat oil in non stick pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, boiled peas and all the spices.
  4. Add onion, capsicum and carrot.
  5. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add oats and mix it well.
  7. Add water as per requirement.
  8. Cover with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  10. Serve hot.
