Try this delicious paneer cutlets recipe at your home. Crispy from outside and mouth melting from inside. Cheesy paneer dumplings well coated with bread crumbs and deep fried in to hot oil taste yummy. A option which you can serve in breakfast and with your evening tea. Sometimes a perfect option to be served as a starter in any party. It taste wow with tomato ketchup and green chutney. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 1/2 bowl boiled mashed potato
- 3/4 bowl paneer grated
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 1 green chilly chopped
- Fresh coriander chopped
- 1/2 cup processed cheese
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 bowl bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp jeera/cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder

Instructions
- Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients one by one except bread crumbs.
- Make a dough type consistency.
- Grease your hands with oil and make cutlets.
- You can give any shape of your choice.
- Coat all the cutlets in to bread crumbs
- Deep fry in to hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
- Transfer them on kitchen towel.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
