Papad ki sabji
Papad ki sabji is totally different from all the seasonal vegetables. Its taste is awesome unlike other gravy and curries. It goes well with rice, roti and naans. Easy and instant to make in your lunch and dinner. Try this at your home, definitely you gonna love it. See the recipe below
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix curd, cream, tandoori masala and salt
  2. In hot oil, add cumin, mustard and curry leaves
  3. Saute ginger garlic paste and tomato for 2 minutes
  4. Add curd, cream paste and water
  5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes
  6. Add dry spices and papad and turn off the heat
  7. Garnish it with fresh coriander
  8. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • Crushed roasted papad
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curd
  • Fresh cream
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Cumin seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Tandori masala
  • Dry fenugreek
  • Chopped tomato

Preparation

  • In a bowl mix curd, cream, tandoori masala and salt
  • In hot oil add cumin, mustard and curry leaves
  • Saute ginger garlic paste and tomato for 2 minutes
  • Add curd, cream paste and water
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes
  • Add dry spices and papad and turn off the heat
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander
  • Serve hot
