Very simple and easy pav bhaji masala recipe is here. This masala is used to make bhajji and it really enhances the taste of bhajji to the next level. Ingredients
Measurement in 1 spoon
Turmeric powder
Kashmiri red chilly powder
Dry mango powder
Dry ginger powder
Asafoetida
2-3 Whole dry red chilly
Black salt
Cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
7-8 black pepper
2-3 black cardamom
Cumin powder
Fennel seeds
Coriander seeds
Preparation
First roast all the whole spices on tawa for 2-3 minutes
Make sure flame should be low
Let it cool down
Churn this in mixi
After one churning add all powdered spices and again churn
Transfer in to air tight container
