Pav bhaji masala recipe
Very simple and easy pav bhaji masala recipe is here. This masala is used to make bhajji and it really enhances the taste of bhajji to the next level. Without this you will not find any taste in pav bhajji. Less time consuming and easy to make. You can also store this in air tight container for a longer use. See the recipe below.
Instructions
  1. First roast all the whole spices on tawa for 2-3 minutes
  2. Make sure flame should be low
  3. Let it cool down
  4. Churn this in mixi
  5. After one churning, add all powdered spices and again churn
  6. Transfer in to air tight container

Ingredients

Measurement in 1 spoon

  • Turmeric powder
  • Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • Dry mango powder
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Asafoetida
  • 2-3 Whole dry red chilly
  • Black salt
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 7-8 black pepper
  • 2-3 black cardamom
  • Cumin powder
  • Fennel seeds
  • Coriander seeds

Preparation
