Ingredients
- 1 cup sago soaked
- 1 cup potato boiled, grated
- 1/2 cup Peanuts coarsely ground
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- Salt
- Fresh Coriander
- green chillies

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- And make a dough from it.
- Prepare vadas out of it.
- Heat the oil and shallow fry the vadas.
- Cook it till its get crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot.
