- 1 cup roasted vermicelli
- 3 cups Milk
- Cashew chopped
- Almonds chopped
- Pistachio chopped
- Raisins chopped
- Dates chopped
- Cardamom powder
- Rose syrup
- Kewra essence
- Ghee

Instructions
- In a pan heat the ghee and roast all dry fruits for a minute.
- Add milk, vermicelli, cardamom powder, kewra essence and allow it to cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- Serve it and garnish it with rose syrup and chopped dry fruits.
- Serve it.
