Here in this spanish coffee you will see the three layers , two of coffee ( one is coffee froth and one is coffee water) and another is of condensed milk, which helps to give sweetness. Ingredients

• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• 2 tbsp coffee powder
• 1/2 tsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp powder sugar

Preparation

• First dissolve coffee into one cup of boiling water and add sugar
• Divide this in two equal parts in two bowls
• First bowl add lime juice and keep this in freezer until you get perfect ice
• And allow second bowl coffee to cool down completely
• In mixi, churn the perfectly set ice coffee fir a minute
• Now in a glass first put condensed milk
• Put second layer of liquid coffee
• In last put third layer of coffee which we have churned in mixi
• Serve chilled
