Instructions
  1. Roast the pavs from all the sides on tawa with butter
  2. Take some olive oil, saute sesame seeds and black pepper and garlic
  3. Add all vegetables, salt, red chilly, garam masala and lime juice
  4. Cook it for 3-4 minutes
  5. Add mozzarella and mix it
  6. In a bowl mix tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
  7. Spread it in to scooped pavs
  8. Fill the stuffing and sprinkle mozzarella cheese
  9. Keep this in oven for 2-3 minutes
  10. Sprinkle oregano seasoning
  11. Serve hot

  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped carrot
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Sweet corn
  • Oregano seasoning
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
