Yummy and delicious cake mixed of many different flavours for this valentines day. Five different flavours of pineapple jam, mixed fruit jam, black currant jam, nutella and final icing with white chocolate ganache taste simple wow. It is something that you and your family would love to eat. Perfect fluffy and soft sponge cake vanilla and chocolate in the centre which helps enhanced its flavour. Instructions
  1. First cut sponge cake in to heart shape
  2. Set chocolate cake heart on the cake board and apply pineapple jam
  3. Put vanilla sponge cake and apply mixed fruit jam
  4. Again set a layer of chocolate cake and apply black currant jam
  5. In last put vanilla sponge cake and apply nutella on it
  6. Melt white chocolate, butter and cream together in oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute
  7. Mix it properly till chocolate melts completely
  8. Add red gel food colour and mix
  9. Transfer cake on cooling rack and pour chocolate ganache
  10. Let all the extra chocolate ganache come down
  11. Transfer the cake on cake board again and keep this in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  12. After that garnish it according to you
