Vegetable chow mein recipe
Vegetable noodles is a chinese cuisine with a combination of many vegetables. We can also called this vegetable chow mein. It is made from boiled noodles with the flavour of many sauces like soya, chilly and tomato sauce. People love to eat this and it is one of favourite of kids. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes a best option for birthday parties. Try this recipe at your home.
Instructions
  1. In a pan, take olive oil and saute all vegetables for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add all sauces and salt and mix
  3. Add black pepper and noodles and cook it on high flame
  4. Mix all the sauces and cook it for few more minutes
  5. Serve hot

  • Chopped cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Capsicum
  • Beans
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Soya sauce
  • Red chilly sauce
  • Green chilly sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Tomato sauce
  • Boiled noodles

Preparation
