Vegetable momos
Try this steam cook momos recipe, yummy and spicy snack at your home. A deep tried dumplings well stuffed with finely chopped vegetables of your choice which are well cooked with some spices. Served with spicy tomato and garlic chutney. Momos are one of the famous street food in Nepal and now its going popular all around the globe. A snack which you can serve in breakfast and with your evening tea. See the easy recipe below.

Instructions
  1. First heat the oil in a non stick pan and add all the finely chopped vegetables one by one.
  2. Now add all the dry spices and cook it for 2-3 minutes till all the water dries out.
  3. Allow it to cool down.
  4. In a separate bowl add all purpose flour, oil and salt and with the help of luke warm water prepare a soft dough.
  5. Keep it aside for 20-25 minutes on rest.
  6. Now take a jar of blender and churn tomato, garlic and all the spices.
  7. Make a smooth paste and again heat the oil in a non stick pan and cook this paste for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  8. Chutney is ready to serve.
  9. After 25 minutes dough is ready make small rounds and fill the stuffing.
  10. Give any shape of your choice and steam cook all the momos.
  11. Serve hot with tomato garlic chutney.
