Try something different and unique this biscuit sandwich at your home. We generally prepare snacks at our home with tea and coffee, now do prepare this delicious hidden biscuits sandwich. A quick and easy option for your breakfast and evening tea. A salty biscuit layer hidden in to flatten rice and potatoes mixture and well coated with gram flour batter. Perfect colour and texture. You can prepare this with in very less time and with very few ingredients which are easily available at home. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 7 Sweet and salt biscuits
- 1 cup Poha soaked
- 1/2 cup potato boiled, mashed
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- tomato sauce
- Green chutney
- besan
- 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- First soak poha in water for 5 minutes.
- Mix poha and potato together.
- Add salt, red chilly, oregano, garam masala in to it and mix this all properly.
- Take one biscuit and apply tomato sauce on it and on second one apply green chutney.
- Combine together and cover it with poha mixture properly and hide the biscuits nicely.
- Into besan, add salt, turmeric, baking powder and chilly.
- With the help of water prepare a thick batter.
- Coat the sandwiches into it and deep fry it till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
