  1. In a jar of mixi, churn all the ingredients
  2. Pour this in to glass tumbler
  3. Sprinkle some more crush on the top for garnishing
  4. Add apple slice and cherry to make it beautiful
  5. Serve chilled

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp blackcurrant crush
  • 2 scoop pineapple ice cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped apple
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • In a jar of mixi churn all the ingredients
  • Pour this in to glass tumbler
  • Sprinkle some more crush on the top for garnishing
  • Add apple slice and cherry to make it beautiful
