Bread uttapam recipe
Very simple and instant recipe with very few ingredients bread uttapam. Uttapam is generally made from sooji or semolina. But here we are going to prepare this with a twist of bread that makes it bit chunchy and crispy. It is non fried and easy to make recipe in your breakfast with a combination of many veggies that makes it more delicious. Try this recipe at your home. See the detail recipe below

Instructions
  1. First in a bowl put broken bread pieces, curd, water, salt, red chilly, coriander powder and garam masala
  2. Mix it and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes
  3. Again beat the mixture for few seconds
  4. Grease tawa and spread batter
  5. Put all the vegetables and let it cook
  6. Turn the side and cook till crisp and golden in colour
  7. Sprinkle jeera powder and chaat masala
  8. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • 4 bread slices
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Jeera powder
  • Chat masala

Preparation

  • First in a bowl put broken bread pieces, curd, water, salt, red chilly, coriander powder and garam masala
  • Mix it and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes
  • Again beat the mixture for few seconds
  • Grease tawa and spread batter
  • Put all the vegetables and let it cook
  • Turn the side and cook till crisp and golden in colour
