Instructions
  1. Heat the oil, saute onion and green chillies
  2. Add water, all dry spices and sugar
  3. Add chiwda and mix well
  4. Mix roasted peanuts
  5. Switch off the flame
  6. Add tomato
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and namkeen

Ingredients

  • Chopped onion
  • Mustard seeds
  • Green chillies chopped
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Sugar pinch of
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Chiwda soaked in water
  • Fresh coriander
  • Zero number namkeen
  • Chopped tomato

Preparation

  • Heat the oil, saute onion and green chillies
  • Add water, all dry spices and sugar
  • Add chiwda and mix well
  • Mix roasted peanuts
  • Switch off the flame
  • Add tomato
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and namkeen
