- Carrot chopped
- Capsicum chopped
- Cabbage chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Moong dal paste
- Fresh Coriander
- Namkeen
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- baking soda
- red chilly powder
- asafoetida
- Mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions
- Add all the spices in the batter of moong dal
- On non stick tawa spread your pancakes
- Put vegetables on it
- Gently flip it over
- On the top sprinkle mozzarella cheese
- Garnish it with namkeen and fresh coriander
- Serve hot with green chutney
