Instructions
  1. Add all the spices in the batter of moong dal
  2. On non stick tawa spread your pancakes
  3. Put vegetables on it
  4. Gently flip it over
  5. On the top sprinkle mozzarella cheese
  6. Garnish it with namkeen and fresh coriander
  7. Serve hot with green chutney

Ingredients

  • Chopped carrot
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Half teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • Moong dal paste
  • Fresh coriander
  • Namkeen
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Baking soda
  • Red chilli powder
  • Asafoetida
  • Grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  • In the batter of moong dal add all the spices
  • On non stick tawa spread your pancakes
  • Put vegetables on it
  • Gently flip it over
  • On the top sprinkle Mozzarella cheese
  • Garnish it with namkeen and fresh coriander
  • Serve hot with green chutney
