Chilly paneer rolls
We generally hear about chilly paneer, and this is a chinese recipe. Very spicy with full of green chillies and red chilly sauce. Here is the fusion recipe of chilly paneer where we prepare the rolls from the same stuffing of chilly paneer without deep frying as these are baked rolls. Its taste awesome with tea and coffee and goes well with tomato sauce. A best option to be serve in breakfast and in evening snack. See the recipe below.

Instructions
  1. First mix yeast and sugar in to half cup of lukewarm water and keep it aside for 15 minutes
  2. In a pan, take olive oil and saute black pepper and all the vegetables
  3. Add salt and all the sauces and cook it till mixture gets dry completely
  4. Take all purpose flour in to it add pinch of salt and oil
  5. With the help of yeast mixture prepare a dough and keep it aside for 2 hours
  6. After two hours divide the dough in to four pieces and with rolling pin make a small round
  7. Put the stuffing and cover it from all the sides
  8. Grease the baking tin and place the rolls
  9. Bake it at 180•c for 30 minutes
  10. Serve hot

  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Paneer cubes
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped green chilly
