Eggless chocolate cake
Perfect eggless chocolate cake recipe is here. Very soft and fluffy. Simple recipe for making eggless chocolate without condensed milk and soda water at home. Good for birthday parties or any other party. Perfect for new year eve and for valentine's day as chocolate also represent love. Well decorated with chocolate ganache and chocolate leaves and ribbons. See the detailed recipe below.

Eggless chocolate cake
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix butter and sugar together till smooth
  2. Add chocolate essence, baking powder, baking soda and curd
  3. Mix it and add half of the flour and milk
  4. Mix it in a same direction
  5. Add remaining milk, flour and cocoa powder
  6. Grease cake tin with butter and pour the batter
  7. Bake it at 180•c for 35 minutes
  8. Let it cool down completely and demould
  9. Put melted chocolate and cream together in microwave for one minute and mix it properly.
  10. Avoid lumps and pour this on cake and spread it evening on all the sides
  11. Decorate it with chocolate leaves and ribbons
  12. Serve it

  • 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate essence

For making ganache

  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 1/2 cup amul cream
