Eggless rose cupcakes
A unique and different flavour of cup cake unlike chocolate and vanilla. Try this eggless rose cupcakes recipe at your home. It tastes awesome and refreshing. Very easy to make. A perfect dessert for parties. See the recipe below
Mix it nicely to avoid lumps and add pinch of red food colour
Add rose essence and pour the mixture into greased cupcake mould
Bake it at 180•c for 20 minutes in oven
Let it cool down
In whipped cream, add rose essence and rose syrup
Fill this in icing bag and start icing
Serve it

Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Few drops rose essence
Whipped cream
Red food colour
Rose syrup
Preparation
First in a large bowl mix butter and sugar
Add all dry ingredients and milk
Mix it nicely to avoid lumps and add pinch of red food colour
Add rose essence and pour the mixture into greased cupcake mould
Bake it at 180•c for 20 minutes in oven
Let it cool down
In whipped cream add rose essence and rose syrup
Fill this in icing bag and start icing
Serve it
