Eggless sponge cake without oven
Make perfect fluffy and soft cake in any open vessel. No need to make cakes in oven and cooker. Very easy recipe for making eggless sponge cake at home without oven is here. Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, first beat butter and sugar together till you gets a creamy texture
  2. Add vanilla essence and little milk at a time and mix
  3. Strain all dry ingredients in to sieve in separate bowl
  4. Add half of the mixture at a time and mix it with butter mixture and add remaining milk also.
  5. Add all the remaining dry ingredients and prepare a lump free batter
  6. Grease cake tin with butter and pour the batter
  7. In to open vessel like bhagona, place a bowl of salt and a wire rack
  8. Cover it with plate and let it pre heat for 5 minutes on low flame
  9. Cover the cake mould from foil paper from the top and poke the foil paper from knife 3-4 times
  10. Place cake mould on rack and again cover it with plate
  11. Let it cook for 30 minutes on low flame
  12. After that demould and your eggless sponge cake is ready

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
