Idly and dosa mix recipe. It is very useful to make quick soft idly and crispy dosa at your home. You can keep it in air tight container for longer use.

Instructions
  1. In a pan, take all three dals, rice, fenugreek and curry leaves
  2. Roast this on low flame for 8-10 minutes
  3. Add sooji in to it and again roast it for 2-3 minutes
  4. Switch off the flame and add salt, sugar and baking soda
  5. Let it cool down completely
  6. Churn this in to blender and make fine powder
  7. Store this in air tight container for longer use

  • 1 -1/2 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp chana dal
  • 1 tbsp toor dal
  • 2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 3 tbsp sooji
  • 9-10 dry curry leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp powder sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  • In a pan, take all three dals, rice, fenugreek and curry leaves
