Instructions
  1. Cut idli into three pieces
  2. On bottom layer apply green chutney and put mozzarella cheese
  3. Cover it with centre piece
  4. Apply sweet chutney and mozzarella on it
  5. Cover it with third layer
  6. Coat this into gram flour batter and deep fry
  7. Cut into pieces and serve hot

  • 3-4 idlies
  • Gram flour
  • Green chutney
  • Sweet chutney
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder

Preparation

  • Cut idli into three pieces
