In this rainy season try something different with this idly pakoda recipe at your home. Very tasty and different recipe for making pakoda. On bottom layer apply green chutney and put mozzarella cheese
Cover it with centre piece
Apply sweet chutney and mozzarella on it
Cover it with third layer
Coat this into gram flour batter and deep fry
Cut into pieces and serve hot

3-4 idlies
Gram flour
Green chutney
Sweet chutney
Mozzarella cheese
Salt
Red chilly
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Preparation
Cut idli into three pieces
On bottom layer apply green chutney and put mozzarella cheese
Cover it with centre piece
Apply sweet chutney and mozzarella on it
Cover it with third layer
Coat this into gram flour batter and deep fry
Cut into pieces and serve hot
