Perfect kadai paneer recipe just like market one is here. Thick cottage cheese pieces with capsicum, onion and tomato dices makes its more delicious. This goes well with rice, naan, roti and paratha. Instructions
  1. In a pan add butter and oil. Saute ginger garlic paste, bay leaves and all spices
  2. Add tomato puree and dry spices
  3. Add onion, capsicums and cook it for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add sugar and water and let it cook for some time
  5. Add fenugreek and green chillies
  6. Mix water and paneer
  7. Garnish it with coriander and cream
  8. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • Paneer
  • Onion, capsicum, red bell pepper cubes
  • Tomato puree
  • Bay leave
  • Cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Coriander seeds
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Sugar
  • Cream
  • Dry fenugreek
  • Green chilly
  • Fresh coriander
  • Ginger garlic paste

Preparation

  • In a pan add butter and oil. Saute ginger garlic paste and bay leaves and all spices
  • Add tomato puree and dry spices
  • Add cube onion, capsicums and cook it for 2-3 minutes
  • Add sugar and water and let it cook for some time
  • Add fenugreek and green chillies
  • Mix water and paneer
  • Garnish it with coriander and cream
  • Serve hot
