Ingredients
For sugar syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Few drops rose essence
For dough
- 1 cup milk powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Milk
For stuffing
- Nuts (raisins, cashew, almonds and pistachio) chopped
- orange colour pinch of
- 1 balls from prepared dough

Instructions
- First prepare one thread sugar syrup by all all the ingredients.
- For making stuffing mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- For preparing dough mix all the ingredients one by one in a separate bowl and make a soft dough.
- Make small size balls and fill the stuffing.
- Cover all the sides and make it even.
- Heat the oil on very low to medium flame and put all the jamuns.
- Deep fry till nice dark in colour on low flame.
- Take them out and dip them in to sugar syrup for one hour.
- After that take them out and serve.
