- First peel bottle gourd and grate
- Take water in to pan, add 2-3 tbsp sugar, cardamom powder and green colour and rose essence
- Add grated lauki and let it cook only for 3-4 minutes by covering this with lid.
- Strain this with the help of sieve and keep it aside till all the water drained out completely
- After that sprinkle cardamom powder and few drops rose essence and mix it with very soft hands
- Coat this in to boora sugar nicely
- Keep this in refrigerator for cooling down
- Serve it
