Different and tasty sweet dish from bottle gourd. Perfect to impress your friends and family by making this different dessert on this festive season. Easy and simple to make. No one can judge that this is made from lauki. Try this different recipe of kapurkand at your home.

Instructions
  1. First peel bottle gourd and grate
  2. Take water in to pan, add 2-3 tbsp sugar, cardamom powder and green colour and rose essence
  3. Add grated lauki and let it cook only for 3-4 minutes by covering this with lid.
  4. Strain this with the help of sieve and keep it aside till all the water drained out completely
  5. After that sprinkle cardamom powder and few drops rose essence and mix it with very soft hands
  6. Coat this in to boora sugar nicely
  7. Keep this in refrigerator for cooling down
  8. Serve it

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle gourd
  • Rose essence
  • Bura sugar/tagar as per required
  • Cardamom powder
  • Green food colour

Preparation
