Khasta kachori recipe
Perfect khasta kachori recipe. Very easy to make moong dal khasta kachori at home. Spicy stuffing of moong dal with fresh coriander and fennel seeds flavour. See the recipe below
Prepare a dough and allow it to rest for 30 minutes
Mix all the ingredients together for stuffing
Make small balls from dough and with the help of rolling pin make kachori
Fill stuffing and cover all the sides nicely
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown
Serve hot

1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt
1 tbsp oil
Water
For stuffing
Moong dal powder
Fennel seeds
Coriander seeds
Fresh coriander
Salt
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Red chilly powder
Cumin seeds powder
Preparation
