  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and prepare a dough
  2. Keep it aside for 30 minutes on rest
  3. Make paratha with rolling pin
  4. Cook it on tawa with oil till golden brown and crisp
  5. Serve hot with chutney

  • Wheat flour
  • Besan
  • Sooji
  • Chopped mint
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chopped green chilly
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Leftover dal

Preparation

  • In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and prepare a dough
  • Keep it aside for 30 minutes on rest
