How to make modeling chocolate
Modeling chocolate can be used to make chocolate roses and any other chocolate decoration. It also helps to decorate a cake in various way. It is very easy to make at home and you can make various colours from it. Here is the simplest way to make modelling chocolate at home recipe. See the recipe below

Instructions
  1. In microwave safe bowl, put any chocolate either brown or white and add a piece of butter
  2. Melt this in microwave for 1-2 minutes
  3. Mix it properly, make sure no chocolate pieces should be there
  4. Add corn syrup and mix till it thicken
  5. Transfer this on cling wrap and fold it from every sides
  6. Keep it aside for 6-7 hours or over night at room temperature
  7. For white chocolate repeat the same procedure and add any food colour of your choice in to it.
  8. And cover it in cling film

Tip: Always use gel or powder food colour when working with chocolate. Never use liquid food colour.
