Methi malai paneer recipe
Methi malai paneer, a different way to make paneer at home. Very delicious and mouthwatering. Perfect for main course. A tasty gravy of fenugreek with thick pieces of paneer. Best for parties at home. It goes well with rice, pulav, roti, naan, kulcha and chapati. Try this super delicious recipe at your home.

Instructions
  1. Mix curd and cream together and add all the spices into it, mix well and make a smooth paste
  2. Sauté onion and ginger garlic paste
  3. Add your curd mixture into it
  4. Add water and cook for 1-2 boils
  5. Mix lime juice into it
  6. Add methi and paneer cubes and cook it for couple of more minutes at high flame
  7. Garnish it with fresh coriander and cream
  8. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kasturi methi
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Half cup fresh cream
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Half teaspoon lime juice
  • Paneer cubes
  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Half teaspoon garam masala
  • Half teaspoon coriander powder
  • Half teaspoon jeera powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of sugar

Preparation

  • Mix curd and cream together and add all the spices into it, mix well and make a smooth paste
