Instructions
  1. First in a large bowl beat the cream with electronic beater for 1 minute.
  2. Add sugar, half of the milk and ice cream essence.
  3. Again mix it with electronic whisk for 1 minute.
  4. Add remaining milk, mint leaves and green colour and mix it properly with spatula.
  5. Transfer this in to air tight box and keep this in freezer for over night.
  6. Scoop it out and serve chilled.
