Moong dal pancakes recipe
Very healthy moong dal pancakes/cheela recipe with the combination of many vegetables. This is one of the good option to eat pulses as these are nutritious and good for our health. Instructions
  1. In moong dal batter add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix
  3. On greased tawa, spread the batter and put stuffing of paneer, peas, corn and fresh coriander
  4. Sprinkle chat masala and fold in semi circle
  5. Garnish with namkeen
  6. Serve hot

  • Moong dal paste(green/yellow) overnight soaked
  • Grated paneer
  • Boiled corn
  • Peas
  • Onion
  • Fresh coriander
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • Chat masala

Preparation

  • In moong dal batter add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix
