Mughlai gobhi with tandoori flavour
Mughlai gobhi in restaurant style is perfect for your lunch and dinner. It is super delicious and mouthwatering. Partially boiled cauliflower with the spicy and tandoori flavour tomato and onion puree. Something different and it goes well with naan, roti and chapati. Try this unique recipe at your home.
In a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, onion, and all the dry spices
Add tomato puree and fresh cream, cook it till oil separates
Add water and wait for 2-3 boils
Pour the gravy on blenched gobhi
Add green peas and grated paneer
Keep it in microwave for 10 minutes
Garnish it with fresh coriander and fresh cream

Dry spics- salt, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds
Tandoori masala
Blenched gobhi
Green peas
Ginger garlic paste
Grated paneer
Fresh cream

Preparation
