Instructions
  1. Heat the oil and butter in a pan and saute cumin seeds, whole spices and dryfruits for a second.
  2. Saute ginger, garlic and onion puree until its rawness is gone.
  3. Add tomato puree and all the spices one by one and allow it to cook till gravy leaves the oil.
  4. Add water and all the vegetables in to it and cover it with lid for 10-15 minutes.
  5. After this add fresh cream, fresh coriander and kesar.
  6. Mix it properly and again cook it for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
