- bread pieces
- Green chutney
- Sweet chutney
- potato boiled
- onion chopped
- Salt
- Red chilly
- Garam masala
- chaat masala
- Fresh Coriander chopped
- green chillies
- gram flour (besan)
- Carom seeds
- oil
- asafoetida

Instructions
- First mix potato, onion, fresh coriander, chilies and all the spices.
- On one bread piece, apply green chutney and on second apply sweet chutney
- In between put the potato stuffing
- In another bowl, take gram flour and add all the spices again and with water make pouring consistency batter
- Dip breads in it and on tawa shallow fry till golden brown
- Serve hot
