Orange crush or gel recipe is the best and tastiest way to make orange cake and desserts. Fully pure and natural flavour. It requires very few ingredients and you can make this with in very less time too. See this recipe below.

Instructions
  1. First remove the skin and seeds from the oranges.
  2. Take a jar of blender and churn orange and sugar with water if required.
  3. Make a smooth puree.
  4. Strain this puree with the help of sieve so that it will become smooth.
  5. Add essence and orange colour and mix.
  6. Cook it in a non stick pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Keep stirring after a minute, so that it won't stick to the bottom.
  8. Transfer it in a bowl and allows it to cool.
  9. Once its cool down you will see that it thickens more.
  10. Orange crush is ready to use.
