Paneer tikka masala with gravy
A perfect starter for any party paneer tikka masala with gravy. You can serve this with gravy or without gravy. A good option for lunch and dinner also.
First in a large bowl take paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato
Add all the dry spices, lime juice, ginger garlic paste
Add curd and fresh cream
Mix it and cover it for one hour for marination
Heat the oil, add onion tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and dry spices
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
Add curd, cream, butter and dry fenugreek
Add tomato ketchup and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
Take a toothpick and insert all the marinated vegetables one by one
Grill it on tawa with oil from all the sides
Pour gravy on it and put some fresh cream
Garnish it with fresh coriander
Serve hot

2 tsp lime juice

Garam masala
Dry fenugreek
Tandoori masala
Tomato sauce
Turmeric powder
Preparation
