For puri
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Sooji
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Salt pinch of
For pani
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 green chillies
- Salt to taste
- black salt to taste
- Garam masala
- cumin powder
- Jaljeera powder
- lime juice
- asafoetida
- Boodi
- Ice cubes
For potato stuffing
- potatoes boiled, mashed
- onion chopped
- Salt
- Red chilly
- Boondi
- lime juice

Instructions
- Knead the dough by adding all the ingredients and keep it aside for 30-35 minutes.
- Make small balls and make puris.
- Deep fry in to hot oil.
- For making pani for gol gappas first churn mint leaves and green chillies in to blender.
- Transfer this in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients one by one.
- Add water to adjust the consistency.
- For stuffing mix all the ingredients as given above.
- Gol gappas are ready to serve.
