Instructions
  1. First on non stick tawa put generous amount of butter and saute ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, capsicums and carrot
  2. Saute it till it become soft or you can boil the veggies in pressure cooker
  3. Add all dry species and pav bhaji masala and let it cook on medium flame
  4. Add butter in between and keep mixing it for 5-6 minutes
  5. Add fresh coriander on the top and a piece of butter
  6. Divide pav bread in to two pieces and roast this on tawa with good amount of butter.
  7. Serve it hot with bhaji

  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup Chopped carrot
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Green peas
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Butter
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder
  • Dry fenugreek
  • Fresh coriander
  • Boiled potato
  • Pav breads

Preparation

  • First on non stick tawa put generous amount of butter and saute ginger, garlic, onion, tomato , capsicums and carrot
