In a large bowl mix all the ingredient and mash it till smooth
Now take a small ball and give a shape of cutlet
Coat this in to corn flakes powder
Shallow fry on non stick pan till golden brown in colour
Serve hot

Soaked poha
Salt
Green chilly
Coriander
Curry leaves
Capsicums
Onion
Garam masala
Red chilly powder
Coriander powder
Chat masala powder
Cornflour
Corn flakes powder
Preparation
