Rabri with a twist of custard

First mix custard powder in to lukewarm milk and keep it aside
Wait till you get a boil on milk and add custard
Stir this continuously for a minute
Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and fresh cream
Let it cook on medium flame till it gets thick
Switch off the flame then add dry fruits and rose essence
Keep this in refrigerator for cooling down
Serve this chilled

5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
Few drops rose essence
7-8 saffron threads
1 tbsp custard
1/2 cup fresh cream
Dry fruits
