Sooji toast recipe
Very crunchy and crispy sooji toast recipe without deep frying. Sooji is always available at home and we usually prepare idlies out of it. Try this different recipe from sooji. A good option for breakfast and tea time snack. Simple and instant to make with all the basic ingredients which are readily available at home. For detail recipe see below.
In a hot oil, saute mustard seeds and curry leaves
Saute onion and capsicum for 3-4 minutes
Add sooji and bread crumbs and mix
Add all spices and little water and mix
Transfer this in greased tin and make it even with spoon
Allow it to set for 15 minutes
Cut in to pieces and shallow fry till golden brown and crisp
Serve hot with ketchup and chutney

1 cup bread crumbs
Chopped capsicum
Chopped onion
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt
Red chilly
Garam masala
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Chat masala
Preparation
