Ingredients
For tortillas
- 1 cup refined flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp curd
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- Luke warm water
For making stuffing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup paneer chopped
- 1/2 tsp chilly flakes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
For making salsa
- 2-3 roasted tomato puree
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 Green chilly chopped
- Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano seasoning
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/4 tsp basil
- Salt to taste
For creamy dip
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1/4 cup curd
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
For plating
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- oregano seasoning
- chilly flakes

Instructions
- First make a dough for preparing tortillas
- Allow it to rest for 25 minutes.
- After that make a thin chapati and cook it on a very low flame on tawa.
- For making stuffing heat the oil in a nonstick pan and cook all the ingredients like onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and paneer by adding salt and chilly flakes for 1-2 minutes.
- For making salsa, first roast the tomatoes on a gas stove and peel the skin.
- Coarsely churn them in to blender after that mix all the remaining ingredients.
- For making dip, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- In a next step take a tortilla sheet and put the stuffing and roll it.
- Now its time to assemble everything for that first take microwave safe plate and set a layer of salsa.
- On salsa put to tortilla rolls and drizzle some oil on it.
- Pour cream dip and mozzarella cheese on it.
- In last sprinkle some oregano and chilly flakes
- Keep it microwave for 3-4 minutes until cheese gets melted
- Serve hot.
