- 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup potato chopped
- 1/4 cup sweetcorn
- 1/4 cup capsicums chopped
- 1 cup spinach puree
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Fresh Coriander
- fresh cream
- butter
- Salt
- red chilli powder
- garam masala powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Dry fenugreek

Instructions
- First In the hot oil, saute ginger garlic paste, onion and dry fenugreek.
- Add capsicum, carrot, tomato and potato and all the remaining vegetables.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala ,coriander powder, turmeric and sugar.
- Cook it for 4-5 minutes by covering it with lid.
- Add spinach puree, fresh cream and butter.
- Again cover it with lid for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
- In last add fresh coriander and mix.
- Serve hot.
