Stuffed bhindi pakoda recipe
A different variation of making bhindi. Generally we make ladyfingers in lunch and dinner. Now give it a try like this so that you can serve this in breakfast and with your evening tea. Perfect for rainy season and when you want to munch something at times. See the recipe below
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and fill the stuffing in to slit ladyfingers
  2. In a another bowl for making batter add both the flours and spices
  3. With the help of water prepare a thick batter
  4. Coat the bhindi in to the batter and deep fry in hot oil
  5. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger/bhindi
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Mustard oil
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Dry mango powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped green chilly
  • Chopped coriander

For making batter

  • Gram flour/besan
  • Rice flour
  • Cumin seeds
  • Carom seeds
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Asafoetida

Preparation

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients and fill the stuffing in to slit ladyfingers
  • In a another bowl for making batter add both the flours and spices
  • With the help of water prepare a thick batter
  • Coat the bhindi in to the batter and deep fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot
