Momos are loved by everyone. It is famous Tibetan street food. Momo is a type of steamed bun with some filling. Here I am presenting different way to make momos, Tandoori momos recipe. You can serve it in breakfast or with evening tea. They also go very well as starters in parties. These are very tasty and can be made easily at home. Tandoori Momos Recipe
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix all the chopped vegetables and dry spices and fill the stuffing in to momos sheet
  2. Steam cook the momos for 8-10 minutes
  3. Allow it to cook down
  4. In another bowl mix everything for marination
  5. And coat all the momos and keep it aside for 1-2 hours
  6. Grease the non stick pan with butter and cook momos from both the sides
  7. Sprinkle lime juice on it and garnish it with cabbage and carrot julienne.
  8. Serve hot

  • Momos sheet
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chapped carrot
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped beans& Pulav
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Red chilly

For marination

  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Pinch of orange red colour
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric powder

Preparation
