Momos are loved by everyone. Perfect dumpling with the outer coating of steamed refined flour and spicy stuffing of very finely chopped vegetables. You can also deep fry the dumplings. It taste awesome with its garlic, tomato and red chilly chutney. Momos is the best to make in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very easy to make at home. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- Carrot finely chopped
- Capsicum finely chopped
- onion finely chopped
- Cabbage finely chopped
- Soybean finely chopped
- tomato puree
- Maida dough (in maida add pinch of salt and oil and with luke warm water prepare a dough)
- ginger garlic paste
- red chilly paste
- Salt
- black pepper powder

Instructions
- In oil, saute all vegetables by adding salt and black pepper powder for 2-3 minutes
- In another pan, add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and red chilly paste
- Add pinch of salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Your chutney is ready
- Now prepare ball from dough and with rolling pin make momos
- Put stuffing on it and make a design
- Steam cook it for 15 minutes
- Serve hot with chutney
