- In boiled potato, mix ararot and all the dry spices
- Make a small ball and fill paneer, peas and cashew nuts
- Shallow fry it for 15 minutes till golden brown and crisp
- Pour curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney
- Garnish it with fresh coriander and cumin powder
