Aloo tikki chaat recipe
Who can resist themselve to eat chaat and when it is aloo tikki chaat, water starts coming from mouth. Instructions
  1. In boiled potato, mix ararot and all the dry spices
  2. Make a small ball and fill paneer, peas and cashew nuts
  3. Shallow fry it for 15 minutes till golden brown and crisp
  4. Pour curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney
  5. Garnish it with fresh coriander and cumin powder

  • Boiled mashed potato
  • Boiled peas
  • Cashew nuts
  • Paneer
  • Ararot/bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Garam masala powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dry mango powder
  • Fresh coriander
  • Chopped onion
  • Curd
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Green chutney

Preparation
